guy's? seriously? ye know about this problem... how hard is it for ye to have your installer check for the missing .dll and if its missing install it? or if it need the c++ redis to install it?
Its so frustrating to have to go fix issues that I should not have to and annoying.. I know ye do this for free but seriously like...

If its too much effort for you why is it you dont consider its too much effort for us.
Apart from anything else it would make the installer 5 times the size.
You do have the option to download Apache / MYSQL / PHP (multiple versions) all independently and do all the installation and configuration and maintenance and support yourself, if you so desire.

Just ask Microsoft to give reliable and sustainable procedures to detect what the VC ++ packages that are properly installed on your system.
And when you have got a detailed answer, you will not fail to come and give us right here and at that time, I could use these procedures to change the Wampserver installers .
The prerequisites are clearly detailed BEFORE starting the installation, but, of course - and you first - no one reads the instructions.
Do not come and complain if you do not read the manuals and the system sends you warnings.
The time you have spent to come to this forum and writing nonsensical text was widely used to install the VC packages.
Go and see the neighbor if the grass is greener.
