WampServer

Hello I need to know how to install OpenSSL on WAMP I have followed a few tutorials but they appear to be out of date or vague. I am running WAMP V 3.0.0 Apache V. 2.4.17 PHP V. 5.6.16 and MySQL V. 5.7.9 on a Window 7 Dell computer. If you guys can give me some tips that would be great THANKS!
