I have absolutely no idea what you are expecting us to do about this.

How does this relate to WAMPServer? Remember if this is related to an application/web site you are running on a WAMPServer instance we cannot help.

I have created this 2nd account on this site, my old account is pinakid3

through this account I used to access wamp forum, pi is the 2nd account which I have created to recover the old account.

its very hard to maintain 2 different account for the single purpose.
