Apache - do not allow access via servername, only alias

I'm looking for a way to access my server by [alias.example.com] and deny access to [servername.domain.com]. Is this possible? I can already get to the alias successfully but want to block it from the actual server FQDN access

Hi

Do you really mean ALIAS or are you talking about a SUBDOMAIN?

Hi RiggsFolly,

I think it's alias. It's set up like this:

server.domain.com

alias.domain.net

Where the domain names are actually different. We own multiple domain names and this server is domain joined to "domain.com" but the DNS suffix is set to "domain.net" manually. The URL of [server.domain.com] still comes up, which I don't want. Just the [alias.domain.net].
