please help me. I seo does not work - there is a redirect on a page localhost.index
.htaccess file I renamed - when you open a page with seo in the address bar shows address is correct and the page as a starting localhost in wampserver.

[localhost] - it is not seo
seo - Search Engine Optimization when url look more readable

SEO is not a function of the web server or the database or PHP.

Therefore it is nothing to do with WAMPServer.

Whatever your problems are they are related to whatever application you are running. Please seek help from whoever wrote your website.

Take care of having a "good" content rather than a "good" url.

And, as RiggsFolly wrote, it has nothing to do with Wampserver itself.
