WampServer

i have installed wamp2.5 on my 64 bit windows7 laptop. Next downloaded and unzipped wordpress4.4.2.
wamp home page appears on clickng localhost on menu. But when address http;//localhost/mysite or www or wp-admin are entered ,it shows error "page not found HTTP 404"
what to do?

First WAMPServer 3 is the newest version, I suggest you install that first [forum.wampserver.com]

Then create a Virtual Host to hold your WP site. How to do that is also in the above document
