WampServer

hi everyone , could you help me with starting wamp server . i've seen a mistake when im trying to start server .
server is ok and flashing green but i cant to configure httpd.cong and php.ini from menu of program.
could not execute run action: can not find a file. although those files both available and i can open them through windows.

If the WampServer icon is green:

9 -yes

10 - could not execute run action: can not find a file

13 - Require all granted (if i'm understending right)
