openssl.exe doesnt find openssl.cnf althought I set the path to it in the environment variables. openssl.exe sends the following WARNING: can't open config file: c:/usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf. Windows 10 64bit, wampserver64, apache2.4.23.
How can I tell openssl.exe, that the right path is: C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.4.23\conf\openssl.cnf?
