Can't find c://wamp

Running Win10 Home on a Lenovo Ideapad. The installation (from the Download folder) starts but stalls after the folder selection screen which has chosen c://wamp and shows error "The installation folder is not that of Wampserver". The c://wamp folder is present in the C drive folder. How can I debug/correct this error?

Hi,

You didn't download the right file.
What is the name of the file you try to install?

The right files are :
For 32 bit installation :
wampserver3.0.6_x86_apache2.4.23_mysql5.7.14_php5.6.25-7.0.10.exe
For 64 bit installation :
wampserver3.0.6_x64_apache2.4.23_mysql5.7.14_php5.6.25-7.0.10.exe

Otomatic - I downloaded the x64 file as Administrator and installation worked. But now I can't save the modfied host file after removing the comment tags on localhost. Saving the changes fails with error "Run file as Admin...". Checked again and I am logged in as Admin. How can I work around this?
