WampServer

Instaled wamp 3.0.6 on windows 10 goes green when i start it
But when i click on localhost or phpMyAdmin i get error massage

" Could not execute menu item (internal error)"
[Exception] Could not execute run action
The system cannot find the file specified
" "
Any suggestions

Hi,

- Did you choose text editor when you install Wampserver?
- Did you choose browser when you install Wampserver?

- Did you install Wampserver "as an administrator"?

I installed as administrator. Did not choose different because the first install failed so I uninstalled and re installed, Bases on a post somewhere else about re installing I thought that choosing different editors or browsers could cause problems. That's the only thing I did differently between the two installs.
