WampServer

After not using wamp for several months, phpmyadmin displays a blank page. wampserver64 icon is green. localhost displays as expected on port 80 (apache 2.4.17). phpinfo displays as expected(php 5.6.16). mysql console works as expected(mysql 5.7.9). alias/phpmyadmin.conf shows the correct path and version for phpmyadmin(4.6.4). There are no error logs generated to tell me what is or might be wrong. I have looked at various workarounds suggested on stackoverflow, but nothing is helping. I would welcome any suggestions.

Are you sure that you checked the `\wamp\logs\php_error.log`?

It is also a good idea to check the Windows Eveny log viewer to see if there is anything in there.
