wamp server sometimes offline

Hi!
These days we used wamp server 2.5 to release our web application.When running, sometimes the wamp is set to be offline which leads to fail to access the web.On the occasion, the Apache and Mysql service is ok, and the user can access the web on the localhost pc.
Is there somethings else which can lead to the wamp self changed to be offline?
Any suggestion is welcome!
