Wampserver requires .DLL files

I installed wampserver on windows 8.1 but it didn't run successfully and keeps on prompting me about
missing .dll files.I have however tried installing one by one and they don't seem to get done. Some files are rejected
What can I do.Thanks

Do not you think the best way to solve a problem is not to say "about missing .dll", but to give the exact and complete error messages?
