WampServer

I have a problem similar to [forum.wampserver.com]. I just installed Wamp on Windows 10, installation went through and the icon is green. I can go to [localhost] and see the server configuration menu.

But, when I click on the icon, no menu appears. Neither left nor right click works. I've restarted Windows, but that doesn't solve the problem. I would blame Windows itself, cause... that wouldn't be surprising. But I can click on other icons.

Any tip or idea? Thanks

So, you cannot exit Wampserver right way (Right-Click -> Exit)

- Launch the Task manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc) to see in the Process tab if there is wampmanager.exe, if yes, Stop it by the button Stop the process.

- Launch a command windows as administrator (The word Administrator must be in the title of the windows) then type in this windows

sc delete wampapache
sc delete wampmysqld

If Wampserver 64 bit, it is wampapache64 and wampmysqld64

- Verify that the shorcut to launch Wampserver does as an administrator.
- Right-click on the shortcut, Properties
- Shortcut tab
- Advanced button
- Check Run as an administrator (If already checked, just OK twice)
- Ok, Apply, OK

- Launch Wampserver by its shortcut
Even if icon is not green:
- Left-Click -> Apache -> Service -> Install service
- Left-Click -> MySQL -> Service -> Install service
- Left-Click -> Start all service
