i have carefully followed the instructions in the "read before" and still have the error message

"this programe can not start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer."

what than is the next thing to do to make it work or start?

window 7 ultimate x86 (32bits)

WAMPServer 3.0.6 32bits

Apache 2.4.23

PHP 5.6.25 - 7.0.10

MySQL 5.7.14

colour of WAMPServer red and orange

the program does not complete installation because of the error message " api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll missing from your computer"

what can i do to rectify this problem? I have carefully done all that was instructed in the setup.
