WampServer

I upgraded my Apache from 2.4.9 to 2.4.16 in Wampserver and it works. However when I change the directory name from c:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.4.9 to c:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.4.16 and restart the server the server doesn't start. Any instructions that we need to follow after renaming the apache folder?

Look at the Apache error log
Look at the Windows event Viewer
