I created same folder name in a new drive and moved the wordpress to it. I changed drive letter in vh, and got ..

Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

The .htaccess file is empty.

Is there a quick solution to this?

Well I guess you did something wrong.

Can you show your old https-vhosts.conf file and the new one.

Also so idea of why the htaccess file is empty, as WP normally uses a htaccess.
