WampServer

Currently I have WAMP 2.0 installed on a Windows 2003 server (32 bit).

If I upgrade the OS to Windows 2008, will WAMP still work OK?

Yes it should be fine, as long as you remember to install all the old Microsoft C/C++ runtimes as they probably wont come with 2008 by default.
