I sent you a PM.

I wanted to thank Mr. RiggsFolly who used his time to help me solve the VirtualHosts and Directory problem.

After several tests we came to the conclusion that the problem is in DNS with no-ip using ports differents from
80. For some reason WAMP was unable to recognize the directory when we put it into Virtual Hosts.

We reinstall wamp server to default port 80(I was using 8000) and We put DNS Host(A) with no-ip and all works again without problems.

The issue was with the way the NO_IP Dynamic DNS had been setup.

WAMPServer reinstalled and left using port 80, and the DNS was re-configured correctly.

All is now working
