anyone know a webpanel that support

Windows XP
WAMP5
ArGoSoft Mail Server
Gene6 FTP Server

well it has to at least support windows Xp and wamp5

I highly recommed you do not use WAMP to host clients. It is very insecure, and not designed for hosting, just for web development and testing. Also, hosting websites on your home computer has a 99.999999% chance that it is not allowed by your internet provider. And unless you have your own dedicated 10mbs+ internet connection to your computer, you do not have enough bandwidth to host many clients.

Home network hosting sucks.
Plain...Simple.

Get a real server.
