WampServer

Everything looks OK but since icon is not green, I worry. The Icon is in desktop, not task bar. With windows 8.1

and no errors in application or system log. And the following:


wampserver 3.0.6

services are running: wampapache64 and wampmysqld64
PHP Version 5.6.25
2.4.23 - DocumentationPHP Version:5.6.25 -
DocumentationServer
Software:Apache/2.4.23 (Win64)
PHP/5.6.25 - Port defined for Apache: 80
MySQL Version:5.7.14 - Port defined for MySQL: 3306


I get to the wampserver, I think, at:127.0.0.1.

Under tools, I have 3 options:
1)phpinfo
2)phpmyadmin
3)Add a Virtual Host


So, should I worry that I'm not green?
