WampServer

I have winamp installed, it's green.
I can access localhost, i can access phpmyadmin.
But when i click on my project or use the browser to access it, it cannot show/find the page.
the projectmap is in the standard location c:\wamp\www\
port 80 is in use by the apache server, and hosts file is set also.
It's on windows 10
Any ideas ?
