I try this link, and manage to make it work.
I am new comer in WAMP, I spend 3 days to get the anwer.

Where anything you want is what the prompt says at the top when you access a page and it asks for a password. Pathto is the path to your password file and .htpasswd is your password file (and you should name yours .htpasswd, not something else). To create your .htpasswd file, open a command window and go to your Apache bin directory. Type:

htpasswd -c C:\www\.htpasswd username
Enter the password as prompted. To add additional users, omit the ‘-c’ command.
