Hello,
That message say :-
You have Microsoft IIS installed, this too is a web server and as its M$ it is autostated and therefore allocates port 80 for itself at boot time, so Apache cannot have it.
If you dont use IIS then uninstall it. For some unknown reason M$ installs it by default on some recent versions of the OS. removing it does not cause any problems and will give back some resources that were being used for no good reason.
If you do use IIS, then stop it while you are using WAMPServer.
other tools that may have come with with IIS that also need uninstalling or stopping/disabling.
1. IIS
2. Web Deploy 2.0 (Web Deployment Agent Service)
3. MS Sql Server Reporting service.
4. BranchCache ( Windows 8.1 )
5. SQL Server VSS Writer
Please try to ignore suggestions that you should use another port number for Apache as this will cause other complications you probably dont want at this stage in your learning curve.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
