WampServer

I am running 64 bit windows home on a Toshiba laptop. Initially i had a VCruntime140 error but after adding some .dll files i now get this error.

I tried opening in compatability mode and still get the error.

Any ideas ?

MY tutor has no idea how to fix this either

Youtube tells bullshit, and it's not new.
And then, to correct this problem, no need to watch a three-minute video that only tells stupid things and imposes a shit adds, four lines of text are ample.(*)
The only way to get the missing dll is to install the VC ++ packages that would not be.
A dll file does not copy, it must be installed, so that it is registered by the system. In addition, the VC ++ 2015 package is not just a single DLL file.

VC14 Packages (Required for Apache 2.4.17 and PHP 7)
The two files vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe to be download are on the same page:
Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015 Update 3
If you have a 64-bit Windows, you must install both 32 and 64bit versions, even if you do not use Wampserver 64 bit

ive downloaded both the vc14 packages but I cant find a windows 10 link for the universal C ?

I think Windows 10 comes with the Universal C Runtime already installed

The error doesnt load anymore now, however the program doesnt seem to either ? I open the application it starts booting up and then nothing loads up

actually , sorry i think it does work i was just expecting something to load up on screen (its my first time using the software)
