Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
WampServer 3.0.6 32-Bit
Apache - 2.4.23
PHP 7.0.10
MySQL 5.7.14
WampServer Tray Icon Colour: Orange

Good morning,

I am entirely new to this and I had a heck of a time even getting the program installed. It finally worked, for a little while, but now it's back to not working again and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. When I test port 80 this is what I get:

***** Test which uses port 80 *****

===== Tested by command netstat filtered on port 80 =====

Test for TCP

Your port 80 is used by a processus with PID = 4

The processus of PID 4 is 'System' Session: Services

The service of PID 4 for 'System' is 'N/A'

*** ERROR *** This service IS NOT from Wampserver - Should be: 'wampapache'

Test for TCPv6

Your port 80 is used by a processus with PID = 4

The processus of PID 4 is 'System' Session: Services

The service of PID 4 for 'System' is 'N/A'

*** ERROR *** This service IS NOT from Wampserver - Should be: 'wampapache'

===== Tested by attempting to open a socket on port 80 =====

Your port 80 is actually used by :

Server: Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0

I have uninstalled IIS and have checked off all of the things I need to check off in the Troubleshooting thread. I have made myself the owner of the hosts file, I've messed with my antivirus and Windows Firewall to allow connections with, again, everything listed in the Troubleshooting thread. I'm sure this has probably been answered somewhere else but I haven't found it yet. Thank you.

Welp, I'm a dingus, but maybe this will help someone else. In services.msc I was able to disable "Web Deployment Agent Service" and now the icon is green.
