can anyone explain to me how to get started with mysql using my windows command prompt?

When I open mysql console it says enter password can anyone tell where to get my password?

Try accessing MySQL with phpMyAdmin.
Much easier

hi! I'm new to this but if you haven't changed the password at all you should be able to press enter key on the keyboard and you can start working! it's as easy as that. that's what I do as I haven't set any passwords.
