PHP server log says:

c://wamp/bin/php/php5.5.12/ext/php_intl.dll - The specified module could not be found

What should I look at next to troubleshoot?

1 - WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM 64 bit

2 - WampServer: 2.5 - 64 bit

3 - Apache 2.4.9

4 - PHP Version - did not come over with WAMP download??

I found these files -- should I delete both, uninstall WAMP server and then reload WAMP server?

c:\program files (x86)\IIS Express\PHP\v5.4 > php.ini-development
c:\program files (x86)\IIS Express\PHP\v5.4 > php.ini-production

No just do this

left click wampmanager icon -> Apache ->Version -> 2.4.9 ( click the version number )

This will reload all the SYMLINKS and these dll's will then be found

this is so frustrating -- I have spent many hours over 3 days searching for one solution after another.

Here's where I'm stuck now:

I did this:

Windows Key + R
Keying services.msc
Press OK button

Look for a service called 'MYSQL'

The WAMPServer version of MySQL is called wampmysql or wampmysql64(if you installed 64bit WAMPServer)

*******************

Both MySQL and sampmysql64 are listed with a status as "started". I'm not using sql for anything at this time. Should I uninstall MySQL to get rid of the #1045 error?

Then the version of MySQL that is running with the service name of MYSQL was installed by something else!

Do you know what that (MYSQL) may have been installed by?

I think we can close this issue, but I will have to ask about PHP issue. Am searching the site now for more info though.
