WAMP is Orange, Why?

I am currently trying to create a virtual host for a website I am making. Upon following the instructions found here: [www.getursolution.com] , I restarted my WAMP server. Ever since then, it has remained orange. I have found the httpd-conf suggestions, and my version of said document is littered with comments, so I cannot find the proper "Listen: 80" to change. I have used the test port function under the Apache folder, and found that Port 80 is unused. I can no longer put my server online. I cannot start/resume the service, either. I am using the latest Windows Update, and Apache, MySQL, PHP, and WAMP are all up to date. Any help would be nice on fixing this problem and helping me get my virtual host up and running would be great. And yes, I have checked the error log. Here are a few errors I found:

Multiple <Directory> arguments not (yet) supported.

AH00526: Syntax error on line 40 of C:/wamp/bin/apache/apache2.4.9/conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf:

AH00112: Warning: DocumentRoot [C:/Apache24/docs/dummy-host2.example.com] does not exist

Again, any help on fixing WAMP and getting a virtual host running would be appreciated. Thanks!
