Is the topmost shebang line supported in wampserver?

I searched this forum without result

I googled with conflicting & unworkable results

I'm doing considerable CLI work & prefer not to prepend full path filename to each CLI call:

E:\wamp\bin\php\php5.5.12\php.exe c:\bin\test.php

Please, advise. Thank you.
