WampServer

Good day.

I would like to use a local development environment on my Windows 8.1 system.

I use HTML, CSS, Javascript, LESS exclusively. I am not proficient in PHP. I can use MySQL. I am good in a Linx environment.

Question: Will WAMPServer work for my html development?

Yes of course.

WAMPServer is not a new web server it just delivers Apache/MySQL/PHP is a ready to go configuration.

If you dont want to use php you dont have to.
