Wamp not starting

Hello,
My wamp server isn't working properly on WINDOWS 10. It isn't going green.
When I got to Wamp -> Apache -> Service -> Test Port 80 it comes up with:
Your port 80 is actually used by :
Server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0
I am not sure what this is and weather it is a problem

Uninstall IIS
