WampServer

I already install WAMP server and then after I run it i check my localhost
it looks like stuck and cannot open the page

after i open apache log file i got this message:

Does anyone know what the meaning of this error?

I guess there something wrong with my computer because i already install many server like WAMPSERVER and no one can work properly like usual and always stuck on front page

no I don't have it

I check my service and there isn't any apache service installed
I already read other forum and they said i must stop IIS service
But I don't get the IIS service
what IIS stands for?
could anybody tell which service must I stop before I install WAMP?
or anybody have another sugest?
