Attempting to import production sql gz backup to my Wamp 3.0.5, PHP 7.0.9, phpmyadmin 4.5.1 local system

Keeps giving excution timeout at 360 seconds but php.ini execution time is 600 seconds. Attempting to use import restart option always throws a bunch of MySql errors

Any suggestion on getting this to function appreciated
