Moving WAMP to new PC

I installed the update to move from 2.5 to 3 and now I want to move everything to a new PC. Would I install WAMP on the new PC using the installer and then transfer the www folder?

Backup all your site code

Backup all YOUR databases (not mysql's oen databases) (phpMyAdmin EXPORT)

Install a new WAMPServer 3.0.6 on new PC

Restore all your databases (phpMyAdmin IMPORT)
Restore your site code.
