WampServer

When I attempt to install a WampServer on my computer, it says "The installation folder chosen (c:\wamp64) is not that of Wampserver. Select the installation folder of Wampserver."

I have a Windows 10 64 bit computer.

It seems that on the Sourceforge page
sourceforge.net/projects/wampserver/files/WampServer 3/WampServer 3.0.0/
Looking for the latest release? points to an "addon" PHP 6.5.26, that is to say an installer to add a PHP version to an existing installation of Wampserver, that's why you have this error message.

Full installers for Wampserver 3.0.6 are :
For 32 bit
wampserver3.0.6_x86_apache2.4.23_mysql5.7.14_php5.6.25-7.0.10.exe
For 64 bit

The name of the installation file is: "wampserver3_x64_addon_php5.6.26.exe"

It is an "_addon_" that is to say something - in this case PHP 5.6.26 - which will be added to an existing version of WampServer.
