Help me ! How to increase max file upload size in php.ini

I'm learning about joomla and I'm having problems with the installation. I can't increase max file upload size in php.ini. I tried to change "upload_max_filesize" in php.ini but still failed. Can you help me?

Use the menus to make sure you edit the correct file

left click wampmanager->php->php.ini

There are actually 2 php.ini's and people often edit the wrong one

I tried to change upload_max_filesize = 100M and post_max_size = 100M in php.ini....but still failed.... Can you guide detail ?

Hi,

To avoid errors, with Wampserver 3.0.6, there is the possibility to change some values by the menus.
Wampmanager tray icon -> PHP -> PHP settings -> upload_max_filesize

No error messages appear. But it took a long time did not complete the installation. My teacher told to increase upload_max_filesize

A teacher, before giving directions, should verify that it is correct to be applied.
upload_max_filesize is not within the parameters required for the installation of Joomla.

Joomla 3.6.2 installs on Wampserver 3.0.6, in less than five minutes, without having to change anything in PHP settings.
It simply imperative that:
- The database exists before installation
- The VirtualHost exists before you unzip the package Joomla

So before you say to increase the value of upload_max_filesize, it would be better to go in the log files Apache, PHP and MySQL to see errors.
