WampServer

I have recently installed WampServer 3.0.6 on my 64-bit laptop running Windows 10 Pro. Wampserver launches with no issue and the icon is in green. The issue I have is that no matter what I do, I can never login to my localhost site the first few tries. I have made sure Skype is not runnning and tested ports 80 and 3306, but the problem persists - I just can't seem to login to my site's dashboard. Even after making sure my username (and I've tried using email instead of username) and password are correct, it just refreshes to the login page with the password field empty.

Is anyone having the same issue? Does anyone know what I can do to overcome this issue?
