I download separately "phpMyAdmin-4.6.4-all-languages" but I don't know how to utilized it.

I run wampserver and wordpress latest version. From [www.phpmyadmin.net] I recent download "phpMyAdmin-4.6.4-all-languages" but I don't know how to utilized the folder has included lots of files and folders. Where should stay this folder to get output anything.

Why download something if you do not know what to do?

An "installer" for phpMyAdmin 4.6.4 on Wampserver 3 is available on [wampserver.aviatechno.net]
