WampServer

After placing a drupal 7 site in the www folder of WAMP, and importing the database I am not able to open the site.
I am getting an error message stating:

PDOException: in_lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of C:\wamp\www\DruTutor\includes\lock.inc)


I have not had any trouble before migrating sites into WAMP

Can anyone give me some guidance on this?
