None of 2 services running.

I just installed wampserver and I just cannon seem to get the services to start. I just get the indicator stating that “None of 2 services running”. I used to have ISS installed and an older version of PHP installed so I uninstalled ISS and believe I deleted PHP. I reinstalled a fresh copy of wampserver but still the services won’t kick in. if I try to go to [localhost] again nothing. I am a real novice at this and would really appreciate the help.
