WampServer

Hi,
1 - my windows is 7 64bit
2 - wamp version 2.5 64bit
3 - Apache Version 2.4.9
4 - PHP Version 5.5.12
5 - MySQL Version 5.6.17
wamp color is orange
Apache error log : [pastebin.com]
Apache access log : [pastebin.com]
MySQL error log isnt exist
PHP error log : [pastebin.com]
error in the event viewer:
InnoDB: Attempted to open a previously opened tablespace. Previous tablespace phpvms/phpvms_news uses space ID: 11 at filepath: .\phpvms\phpvms_news.ibd. Cannot open tablespace wordpress/wp_commentmeta which uses space ID: 11 at filepath: .\wordpress\wp_commentmeta.ibd

the error is that i cant start the mysql and when i am going to the mysql address i get this massage:
#2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

hope someone can help me
