Unable to access phpmyadmin, getting this error:

Antivirus = malwarebytes Premium
Firewall = Windows 7 firewall

Tried disabling antivirus and firewall with same results.

Any help would be appreciated.

Solution: Searched for a file called "my.cnf" on the same partition I installed wampserver and renamed it "my.cnf backup" or you could delete it...

This was mostly installed from another server I installed before...
