hi friend, i install wamp server on my local and run wordpress on it, now connect tp-link wifi modem to pc via Lan and set ip 192.168.1.10 as ipv4 , no each person that are connected to my modem can open my wordpress site with type 192.168.1.10 in mobile browser, i want to use name instead ip(192.168.1.10),it means peopel type for example www.mobile.com and my localhost open in their browser , can anyone help me?

You need to look up Dynamic DNS and get an account. Try NO_IP.COM

Then you need to setup a Virtual Host with the same domain name as the one you get from NO_IP see this post for help setting up a Virtual Host [forum.wampserver.com]
