WampServer

Hello All ,

after installing and when i try run mysql.exe I receive the following Error Message:

mysqld.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point TryAcquireSRWLockExclusive could not be located in the dynamic link library

yes i looked and tried stuff from the troubleshoot topic and done a forum search for this error but have not been successful

tried reinstalling all Via Run as Administrator

Any help would be much appreciated please

if helps pc info:
computer = lenovo ideacentre k (yep its a dinosaur)
Windows Vista Sp2 32bit
WampServer Version 3.0.4 32bit
Apache 2.4.18
PHP 5.6.19
MySQL 5.7.11
color = yellow/orange (1 of 2 services running)

One Microsoft Update is missing.
