wamp server icon on task bar does not turen green

i have downloaded wamp server 64 bit for my 64 bit OS.
after downloading it wass showing MSVCR110.dll files missing
i downloaded all the recommended files.
but in apache-> service->test port 80. it shows ur port 80 is not actually used.
i m strugling with this problem since 21-2-15.
please help me out...
