Increase download speed in Wamp

Hi friends, i install wordpress on my laptop with wamp server and put many file like android game and app in localhost website , now when i open localhost on mobile or other laptop and download these files , the maximum download speed is 3Mbps , how can i increase it up to 10Mbps?

Hi,

Use Ethernet wire, not WiFi.

i connect adsl with wire to laptop , bau want download the file on my mobile , so i dont know how increase download speed !!

Then the speed is limited to what the mobile can handle
