Is There a Working dblib addon for Wamp 2.5 32-Bit

Trying to get pdo working for mssql but there is no working dblib extension and the pre-compiled ones from Microsoft get the bang of death. Is there a dblib extension floating around that will work without having to recompile everything from scratch.
