I would like to clear the apache logs at startup. Is there a 'remove' {startupaction] action?

I would also like to specify an editor other than notepad for the apache conf and logs.

thanks

Hello Jim,

I assume you are using WAMPServer 2.5 ! You dont mention a specific version.

Using the editor of your choice is easy, just edit \wamp\wampserver.conf and change the editor parameter, like this

editor = "c:/program files/notepad++/notepad++.exe"

just remember to use the unix directory seperator i.e. / and not the dos \

There is no existing method of deleting the logs, but you could write one and add it to the startup process.
