Wamp Launch Error

Hi while launching wamp 2.5

i got the following error message

First think to check is that you have all the require Microsoft C/C++ runtime libraries.

Second is to check that the Wampmanager system tray icon is green.

Version of Operating system? Windows 8.1 and 32 bit?
Version of Wamp Server installed? 2.5
Version of Apache you are running? 2.4.9
Version of MySQL you are running? 5.6.17
Version of PHP you are running? 5.5.12

What colour is your WampManager icon? Orange
Do you have a HOSTS file? Yes


i figured out the problem my configuration file is corrupted which is located in c:\wamp\ and i replaced the following file wampmanager configuration file and problem solved
